Why I’m doing this
Because the best part of baseball isn’t always the moment the ball is hit or caught.
It’s what the game does to people:
How it teaches patience, how it demands humility. How it exposes you- and then offers you a chance to come back better.
I also believe stories can open doors. The right feature, posted at the right time, can connect a player to an opportunity, a coach to a program, a community to resources, or a kid to belief.
Who I am
I’m Chris Rodriguez, creator of 9inningnomad- baseball lover, storyteller, and professional-grade grinder with a camera. I’ve spent years building relationships across the baseball world and learning the game from every angle: culture, development, front office, scouting, and the lives behind the uniform.
I’m not here to pretend baseball is perfect. I’m here because baseball is real.
No excuses, just work.
